You land with a parachute. I imagine you steer by positioning your body. I bet they practiced a lot before they got near the cliffs.

The guy doing all of this is named Loic Jean Albert. I admire his courage but I fear he will go splat one day. He seems too comfortable doing this, and that is when you let your guard down.
