I hear they're tall, say 5'10" average...70 inches, $1000/inch. I'm under the impression that the modeling fee is typically much smaller, say $10K, though the follow-on benefits, like "hanging out" with Hugh, can be pretty lucrative. Playmates are definitely high maintenance, so it's not the cost of acquisition you should worry about, it's upkeep. A lot depends on whether the house and furnishings compare favorably with the Playboy mansion. Looked at that way, $70K per year for clothes and cosmetics (they don't eat much [and come to think of it, don't wear much]) may be about right, depending on local cost of living. To calculate the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), be sure and check the sell-by date, since Playmates tend to have a limited shelf life.
So wadda ya think a TV like that might cost?

$70K sounds a little high for a Playmate
