With friends of his like Richard Perle, Brent Scowcroft, Mark Grossman and Dennis Hastert (just to name a few) deliberately selling our nuclear secrets to Pakistan via Turkish intelligence moles in this country and Pakistan's nuclear engineer selling those secrets to Iran, Libya andf North Korea; maybe Bush knows more than we do, eh?
