Wow. Citicorp to sell more of self to Chinese, Kuwaitis.
As American financial institutions become more and more owned by foreign interests the American economy becomes less and less under American control. (Duh!) This, coupled with debt and trade deficits, is another part of a very grim Bush legacy.
