The US had been attacked, and Jnr at first went after those who mounted that attack. He did not seek that war.
THEN, through a well coordinated series of bad intellignece feeds, he got diverted from that and into Iraq.
However, with the collapse of the US manufacturing sector, military production has come to play a large role in many regional economies,
and sometimes this affects some peoples' judgement.
I'm reminded of Eisenhower's warnings, which should be remembered.
