Remember, everything bad that happened during the Bush II tenure was Bills fault, an when that horse finally turned into a thin pulp, it became all about Hillary Obsessing. And while I did not know TBro back in the day, I'm sure his blood pressure was sky high during most of the Clinton presidency. So this has pretty much defined his political universe for close to two decades. Scary thought.
