Wow. Funnier than hell until the cops overreaction.
That guy was operating on a public roadway in (on) an unlicensed vehicle, with an open container, drinking and drunk. He was friendly and reasonably cooperative.
The cop did pretty well until the fellow hesitated to follow an order, but was not threatening and no threat to the cop. (Insecure guy, no negotiating skills, hides behind his uniform.)
I think the video nails the one guy for drunk driving, etc., and the cop for unnecessary force. If the cop were smart I think he should call it a draw and give the guy a ride home.
Let his wife take care of him. Heh, heh.
