I hate ADOBE ACROBAT files!
ADOBE READER/ADOBE ACROBAT files and weblinks
are reasons why I believe good old-fashioned paper-and-ink
books will never go out of fashion.
I can turn the pages and read the text in paper-and-ink
books a heck of alot faster than the ADOBE abomination;
or similar software.
Maybe the digital revolution/conversion coming to electronic visual media
next year will change that; I doubt it.
