Speaking of 5X rocky planets
If you predicated optimal conditions for life, but minimal water, to allow some land masses, and a very high oxygen content atmosphere, would intelligent life forms be more likely to be tiny and insectoid or large and muscular?
The answer would reasonable be that the planet would be a water planet and all life would be aquatic but under the conditions suggested what might we get?
