Uhhh, WHO Pays for the 160 Billion Tax refund?
Like, does W order the US mint to print more bucks? And how is this debt factored in to the US economy? everybody I talk to say they are putting the money on BILLS like credit cards, mortgage, utility bills and not buying a single hard good item. any spin on this?
