If everyone has the option of an easy choice of not being addicted to cigarettes, does that mean we can then stop taxing it?
Or do non smokers simply hate smokers to a higher degree- desiring even higher taxes and possible wanting to pass laws or policies that require this vaccine treatment be taken?
