The Ice Age Cometh

IF an ice age returns in the lifetime of the human race, it may begin like this, with not one, but a series of "unseasonal" winters, and lingering springtime snow. One year, the winter snow won't entirely clear before the next winter snowfall, and so on.
Suddenly, we've got 3 km thick glaciers advancing across Wisconsin again.
Or, alternatively, this could just be a fluctuation. Chaos is difficult stuff to get a grip on. It's trends are not easy to spot. Global Warming MIGHT cause higher winter snowpack, and lead to an ice age, or it might NOT.
Who here knows???
