"Stimulus" bill passes

Of course a real stimulus bill would focus more on investment and the creation of wealth and jobs. At least there's some of that in here, so that's not too bad. But the check part of it isn't really much of a stimulus. It's the equivalent of politicians standing down the street from the polling sites and passing out free beer.
