The data is probably out there, with thousands of sailors involved, and city-sized machines and their escorts steaming out of harbors, there is no point in hiding it. They are no doubt being shadowed by subs and eavesdropped and photographed by satellites and aircraft, too. There are also Navy town websites, and the ships themselves have websites and email facilities, all public record. There is no way you could hide this information from a potential enemy with a halfway decent Naval Intelligence arm. Even imposing a news blackout would cause more suspicion than just acting as if it was all routine.
But I don't think you'll find a website with all our carrier groups dispositions, readiness, destination, position. order of battle, course and speed spread out for inspection. That would just make it all too easy. Besides, to a very great extent, these secrets aren't necessarily kept to hide them from an enemy, they're to keep us from finding out. Naval warfare is like chess, the other side has a clear view of all our pieces, except for maybe the submarines.
