I think Chavez would do us a huge favor if he did cut off supplies. It would pitch that wrench into the works but the works need to be broken so that we can rebuild our economy in a more sensible way. We could survive a quarter cut in supplies but if the same thing happened from our other suppliers our economy would collapse.
Better one small wrench than a bunch of big ones.
