Meanwhile Congress has finally had it with this admistration!

WASHINGTON - The House voted today to hold two of President Bush's confidants: John Bolten and Harriet Miers, in contempt for failing to cooperate with an inquiry into whether federal prosecutors were fired for political reasons last year. Angry Republicans boycotted the vote and staged a WALKOUT.

Well, it's taken them THIS long to get upset? Where were they months ago? Years ago?
(Oh I see.......now it's safety in numbers).

The 223-32 vote charge Miers with failing to testify and accuse her and Bolten of refusing Congress' demands for documents related to the 2006-2007 firings. The administration has said the information being sought is off-limits under Executive Privilege.

Yada, yada, <yada.> What Bush won't do.
