News Corp, Yahoo and Microsof - a puzzlement.
I don't understand why anyone besides Microsoft would want Yahoo, but that's beside the point I guess. What surprises me is that Microsoft would have gone that far without knowing for sure it was a slam dunk. As it is they have just set up a bidding war if they really do want it.
