Space/Science » in reply to Discovery of a Jupiter/Saturn Analog with Gravitational Microlensing

And with a recycled spacecraft, DEEP IMPACT, on the look out for more 'microlensing events', more planetary analogs may come.l

Supposely, the DEEP IMPACT spacecraft will be able
to detect Earth-sized planets by "microlensing".
I'm skeptical....but a few new Neptune-sized worlds would
still be nice to detect by that recycled robot.

cheers.
