I agree with all that and it is unfortunate, for those who are trapped in a mortgage they cannot afford, but it’s not like a gun was held to their head when they signed the papers (was it). And if I were in a house that I could afford to pay for and had no compelling reason to move – why would my neighbors home being empty force me out? They may have made a bad ‘investment’ but I still have a house to live in.

I think the website shows how little thought goes into these political plans by all the parties and reviles how lacking in real world understanding they are.
