Check the BATTERIY re-charge cycles

Wondered how many cycles they could stand, seems they were a new Air Force design of li-ion battery and with the frequent scourings of the panel/rovers by dust devils, well, even if parked on the surface they could perform valuable atmospheric and temp duty
