No Country For Old Men - outstanding acting performances but such a bizarre ending I'd never see it again and would seriously doubt ever being drawn to a Coen Bros. production again.

There Will Be Blood - once again some great acting but why? Stupidest story and most loathsome characters I think I've ever witnessed.

both of those movies in my opinion were just excuses for gratuitous violence.

The Golden Compass - incredible movie. Only thing that sucked was the song tagged onto the credits.

Juno - Wow, what a marvelous actress and an uplifting story.

Enchanted - (nominated for 2 songs). I loved the movie. Any movie that can make fun of other Disney movies is alright by me and I've got a huge crush now on Amy Adams.

Ratatouille - perfect animated movie. Great characters and incredible animation. Ranks right up there with The Incredibles.

3:10 To Yuma - can't remember what it was nominated for but it should have won something.

Probably more but I have to do some work.
