Look at what Conservatives DO, not what they say.
Conservative values include optional wars to fund a huge military, privatization to fund huge corporations, cutting taxes on the wealthy who benefit most from such practices, and borrowing money to cover the costs.
If one looks at what Conservatives did, they funded an aggressive imperialist expansion at the cost of funding domestic programs, created massive debt so social programs can't be funded, and cut taxes on the wealthy during wartime so as to increase the debt even further.
Those are their values as expressed by their actions. No amount of spin changes that. Spin is words.
