"Rational" administration
So far the Democratic candidates have been anything but clear on the details of how they'd handle Iraq. Although the usual capitulation rhetoric has been tossed around, when pressed neither Obama nor Hillary seems to be all that firm on it.
McCain, on the other hand, has pretty much stated that he'll stick until the job is done.
I expect our enemies are waiting for the election results as eagerly as anyone else. The Democratic victories in 2006 didn't translate into the withdrawal it was supposed to. Might not happen in 2008 either.
