My thoughts...
Knowing how the bloodsucking defense contractors work, is that if something COSTS more in another country, and there has to be some "monetary exchange" program; then it's easier for them to suck more tax dollars out of American citizens.
Besides, they'll have more power and prominence in Europe when this begins.
