Stupidity enters when a person's name becomes a serious influence on someone's opinion of the individual.

Or, for that matter, the way he talks, the tone of his voice, how good his hair looks, his youth, a smooth TV personality, doesn't trip over words, or any of dozens of other irrelevant externalities that seem to be major drivers in the current election.
