Not bad? I'd say mostly on the mark.
The only thing I disagree on, and then only partially, is the Payday Loans thing. Usury is supposed to be illegal in this country, yet we allow credit card companies and PayDay Loans to get away with it. Don't drive them out of business, simply make them lower the rates--can be higher than banks but dammit, now they're legalized Mafia!
