The Big Obama Slide Begins

My gut says Hillary will take the remaining states she's favored in by wider margins than expected, and may even take some states she's not expected to win. The HUGE victories in Texas and Ohio were way too big to be overshadowed by Mississippi. Momentum is solidly on Hillary's side, with a big advantage in the upcoming states. I predict she will end up winning the popular vote nationally for the primaries but maybe be a few short on regular delegates.

People are starting to see the real difference in substance between Hillary and Obama. Obama is all "hope and change and hope and change..." and Hillary zeros in on issues and says exactly how she plans to get it done in detail.

Meanwhile, this story: Sen. Barack Obama's pastor (for 20+ years) says blacks should not sing "God Bless America" but "God damn America" and that the United States brought on the 9/11 attacks with its own "terrorism." This kind of stuff would kill Obama against McCain and superdelegates know it. A boatload of moderate Dems are going to jump to Mac if Obama wins the nomination.

But he won't. You can almost feel the Obama campaign starting to crumble around the edges.
