I didn't say it WASN'T a quarter of a trillion dollars. I just thought using that term was a bit of a reach. A quarter of a trillion dollars SOUNDS a lot bigger. Most people will just register the "trillion."

I could also say $125 billion was an eighth of a trillion dollars for the same reasons.
