And then, the Arabs learn to live with their neighbor. If not, the Israel can always add new territory after stomping the next Arab offensive. The territories are a legitimate trophy for Israel after having defeated the Arabs' attempt to destroy them.
Creating crazy intermixed borders like in Bosnia, Kosovo, and the Israeli Territories is the problem. They are not viable, and have to be maintained by "peace keepers".
