I don't know the terms and conditions for this auction, but it looks like more of the same. I also don't know the exact limit of the Fed Reserve funds- but I have heard 750 billion as a low-end estimate. With these actions plus Bear Stearns, I think we're about half way 'done'.
This really is starting to concern me. It seems like the next auction is announced before the last auction even is done.
