The right to starlight and the La Palma Declaration
The La Palma Declaration for dark skies.
I'm in favor of enhancing dark sky areas and permanently preserve their darkness rather than turning lights off at determined times (when the weather could be bad anyway) all over the country. However, those dark areas should be easily accessible and not too far away for everyone. So there should be many of them.
