Criticle Mass riders with weedwacker engines. Heck the noise alone will give them more attention. Need to address OSHA compliance for that prop though.

Seriously though a junk email came through a while back that made some sense, although I don’t think it would work because of lack of cooperation.
The theory is for everyone to stop buying fuel from the two top suppliers for a month or so to encourage them to drop their prices and create price wars. Of course a lot of the low-end off-brand gas stations get their fuel from the top two suppliers so it might not have the affect one would hope for.
