Pretty sad
It's really a sad thing when you have to sue the Administration to comply with a Supreme Court Ruling. Oh well, you see, they didn't set a timetable so the jerks in the EPA decide to wait till hell freezes over.
We might see a judgment by the end of the NEXT Administration!
