Here in NE, dealaers closing, for rent signs in major downtons, chapter 11's, rampant excessive spikes in food, housing, gas, fuel oil prices. Foreclousures. And the big deal is the MAJOR COMMUNITY Projects that mayors had on the board that were shelved because of uncertainty in bank lendings. Why would a developer build condos now and have to sell 'em at reduced rates 18 months down line?
