Russians set up a monument for the first "space dog", Laika. Will other dogs be allowed to honor the monument?
It's true!
Dogs not only mark out their territory with urine,
but in some aspects such marking can be considered
a dog's version of respect.
Will living Russian dogs be allowed to show their
respect to one of their own, Laika, by doing their thing?
They can also howl in honor too. ;-)
