Yes, food prices are clearly rising.
Rice is shooting up in price.
Corn and corn products are taking a bigger bite out of our wallet.
It's not only Third World citizens who are affected.
Food prices are rising throughout North America and Europe.
Should governments reintroduce rationing?
I don't know about switching to potatoes instead of corn products;
seems like a bandaid solution.
