Why doesn't LockMart continue to develop the X-33?
It may be too heavy to carry tens of thousands of pounds into orbit like the shuttle, but it could be reworked to carry around 5,000 lbs into space. Design it to be a taxi/supply vessel for the ISS and for space tourism. Most of the design work has already been done.
