When I was a 12 or 13 I read a lot of books outloud to my mom as she sewed to make a meager living after my parents divorced. Princess Bride was one of the first. I got so into it I read ahead on my own as well. It was hillarious and had us rolling from start to finish. I was a little let down by the movie that came out a few years later but still felt they had kept to the spirit of the novel.
