From Farside through L2 Halo orbit
To communicate between the Earth and the Moon farside, a comsat at the Earth-Moon L2 point could do the job, if its halo orbit is large enough to be at all times visible from Earth ! That would make Earth-Moon communications slightly longer than during Apollo...
