Okay. God says "No".

The problem will be worked and fixed.

ALso likely: ISS operational life will be extended by the next Administration.

And: the EELVs will be man rated, a crew vehicle developed for them, the shuttle kept flying
until they're ready, and Ares 1 wil be dropped for another SDLV, such as Direct or Ares 5.
