I thought the imminent demise of the cute little fuzzy-wuzzies was proven ,with geometric logic and meticulous documentation, to be highly exaggerated.

Obviously, someone got to GWB. Or maybe a lame duck can afford to listen to his conscience instead of his major contributors.
