All I can go by is personal experience. I have alot of 'personal' experience in this area. I have required services rendered for over 30 years. The small business owner can not stack up to larger companies. I have seen it time and time again. The service has always been minimal at best. It would seem to me that the small business owner would bend over backwards to please the client. I have found this to not be the case....I am lucky if they will even return my phone call when I just want to ask them a question about their services.
I am NOT a nit picking, paranoid consumer. I was a hairdresser, and to me, that was like a small business. I know the commitment involved. The workmanship...the *warranty* that coincides with the care and attention when services are rendered. It is not there anymore.
I think small business owners are delusional in their goals...they forget what a business is for...and *WHAT* mission statement!?
Small business.....a thing of the past?
