And did'nt they invade AFGHANISTAN ? Don't totally agree with the Chi-Comms gov, but now with all this info being bounced around in China on quake it has mobilzed a vast volunteer effort by private citizens and the like ferrying food and people out of the areas in private cars , but this behaviour is frowned on by the powers there as part of being indivdual insted of bawing to authority. read in NY Times today.
