Who are "they"?
I don't remember now. Geologists had weighed in on a possibility of the geomagnetic stress theory. These BOLS were found in an area of Italy and then again near a volcano in Mexico.
I'd have to google it to even find it, and I just don't have the time today.
The odd videos from China did not look like a fire rainbow, but more like the aurora with it undulating from top to bottom. Seeing as there is no good explanation right now, I'd still like to hear more theories.
As for predicting earthquakes, if you really need to know WHEN they are going to occur, maybe you shouldn't be living there in the first place.
