When Brown took office as mayor of Oakland the murder rate was at its lowest. Four years later it was 40% higher and while running for reelection his big message was how he was going to lower the murder rate. When he left Oakland after his second term as mayor the murder rate over doubled.
Amazing he is our attorney general.
