The Swedish Swastika

Discovering just how true that is was one of the great disappointments of my life. My mother's side of the family has Swedish roots and the country's always been something of a fascination for me. As you say, though, there's definitely a dark side to the "Land of ABBA" (beyond even the fact that it's The Land of ABBA).
When I was younger I really wanted to idealize the place, but alas, reality never shies away from delivering a good bitch-slap.
