Now isn't the right time.
If it's released now, and it's as damning as some suggest, then the Dems will simply drop Obama and go with Hillary. I'd wait until after the convention when Obama is the official nominee. Once the Dems are past the point of no return is when I'd release it. It'll be too late to find someone else at that point.
