The victors of wars write the laws.

All the governments of today and the "international" court ath the Hague are the byproduct of war victors and their morality.

When the US executed the President of Japan after WWII, but spared the Emperor or when the Allies executed Nazis for "crimes against humanity" the victors were calling the shots and could invent laws necessary to do their bidding.

This is the way it always has been. The victors write the laws. Most ALL governments are the byproduct of military victories over another previous government.

The will of a conquered people has never in history been respected by any nation on Earth. The US is the ONLY nation that has conquered others and then reformatted a foreign government in a more "democratic" image.

International law is the will of a bunch of nations that have NEVER done what we have done. The US is on a whole different plateau and is not beholden to what the butchers of Europe, Asia, the Middle East or Russia believe is "moral."

Yeah, the butchers will whine and complain about it...but I could care less. The US will do what needs to be done - by OUR moral standards since no other nation on Earth is even fit to polish our shoes.
