genuine solar-sail for decades from someone...anyone.
This habitablezone.com website has been around
for nearly 10 years, and still no solar-sail.
The theory behind solar-sails has been known for
100+ years.
The ability to build, launch and deploy solar-sails
has been around for 50 years.
NASA is not interested. Neither is ESA, RKA, NASDA
nor any government agency.
The Planetary Society tried and failed.
I disregard the fraudulent Encounter2001 project.
So who is going to build and launch a solar-sail at last?
