The Zenn?
I think I saw one yesterday here in town, zipping along at a really fast speed on a curvy back road. It has the edge because it's about 16"-24" narrower than a regular car, and therefore has better leverage on these narrow roads.
I think they should be limited to city traffic. In Canada.
